NOTIFICATION

No. 9423 /FARD., Dated Bhubaneswar the 1.5.2003

4 Fy. M. 16/2000: In pursuance of Section 3 (a) of the Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Act 1982 (Orissa Act 10 of 1982) the State Government to hereby declare all the Asst. Director of Fisheries and District Fisheries Officers of Orissa as authorised officers in addition to the officers declared in this Department Notification No. 6593/FARD dt. 20.3.2003 to exercise the powers conferred on and discharge the duties imposed upon them under this Act in the entire state coast but not beyond territorial waters.

The Director of Fisheries, Orissa, Cuttack will utilize the services of the aforesaid officers as and when required.
