NOTIFICATION
Dated the 20th March, 2003
In exercise of power conferred by Section 3 (b) of the Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Act 1982 (Orissa Act 10 of 1982), the state Government do hereby declare the following Gazetted Commanding Officers of Coast Guard Ships to exercise the powers conferred on and discharge the duties imposed upon an Authorised Officer under this Act in the specified area given below.

Commanding officer of Cost guard ship in the rank of Commandant.

Coast guard District (Orissa) Badapadia, Paradeep.
|
In the entire Coast of Orissa but not beyond its territorial waters
|

Commanding Officer of the Coast Guard ship in the rank of Deputy Commandant.

3.

Commanding Officer of the Coast Guard ship in the rank of Assistant Commandant.
