No .7 Fy. -(M). 23/93. – 22810 /FARD In exercise of the Powers conferred by section 3(a) of the Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1982 (Orissa Act 10 of 1982), the State Government do hereby appoint the Divisional Forest Officer, Mangrove Forest (Wild Life) Division, Rajanagar with headquarters at Rajanagar, District Kendrapara and Asst. Conservator of Forest attached to his Division with headquarters at Chandabali, District Bhadrak to be the Authorised Officers to check fishing activities which has been prohibited within the radius of 20 K.Ms. of Gahirmatha Beach in Bhitar Kanika Wild life Sanctuary.
